Few Reapers Compete Ahead of USAT Club Nationals

In a slow weekend for the athletes of Grim Reaper Fitness, Romanie Walter finished 9th overall in the women’s field at the Pigman Long Course Triathlon in Iowa over the weekend.

Romanie’s time of 5:24:18 was also good for 5th in the competitive 35-39 age group.

Joey Lehman competed in the Pigman Olympic, his first Olympic distance event, and finished 45th overall.

At the Rockford (IL) Peak Triathlon, Reaper newcomer Cindy Termeunde set a PR in her first season of competition, shaving a minute off her 5K run pace.

Grim Reaper Fitness will compete in USAT Club Nationals at the Chicago Triathlon Saturday and Sunday.
