Jason Huber led a group of Reapers at the We Care Twin Cities Half Marathon and 10K Saturday.
Jason finished 2nd overall in the half marathon with a 1:25:20 overall time for a 6:31 pace.
Lynn Staley, Curtis Preston, and Wendy Smith were the top Reaper performers in the 10K. Lynn place 2nd in women’s masters with a 47:40 time for a 7:41 pace, while Curtis set a PR of 46:35 (7:31) to finish 2nd in the men’s 35-39 Age Group. Wendy ran 53:42 for an 8:40 pace and 2nd place in 40-44 AG.
Kelly Ruiter and Scott Todd set PRs in the half marathon. Kelly came in at 1:55:16 for an 8:48 pace, while Scott was 2:07:44.
In other races, Paul Swanland set a PR at the Ditka Dash in Chicago. Paul finished the 5K in 22:42.
